Years 4 and 6 - The Twits Incursion

Years 3-6 | Broncos All-Girls Rugby League 

Darren Burns from the Broncos attended school last week to run an all-girls Rugby League training session in an effort to promote the all-girls Rugby League competition beginning this year in Gympie.
All of our Year 3-6 girls had the opportunity to participate.
Much fun was had by all! ?

Years 5 and 6 | Friday Sports Afternoon
Last week the Year 5 and 6 classes got to partake in a fun sports afternoon! There was Golf, Netball, Tee-Ball and Throwing/Catching. It was a great afternoon that we hope to continue! 

Leadership Parade
Last week we held a special parade to induct our 2025 Senior Leaders into the school leadership team. 
The ceremony included speeches, a leadership oath and a speacial 'pining of the badges' by the students parents/family members. We believe the student leaders will be an integral part to making Gympie West State School an even greater school.
